I don’t usually write reviews, but I really wanted to give a special shoutout for the customer service I received. When my package first came in, the bottle had sadly shattered (most likely due to the cold weather we were having). When I reached out to CS, they kindly explained why it likely happened and immediately sent another one out. When I received the second package, I noticed they added extra insulating filler and bubble wrap to make sure it didn’t break. It was such a great response and I really appreciated the effort! Also- the jasmine texturizing mist smells AMAZING and works as described. I’m obsessed.
