I don’t usually write reviews, but I really wanted to give a special shoutout for the customer service I received. When my package first came in, the bottle had sadly shattered (most likely due to the cold weather we were having). When I reached out to CS, they kindly explained why it likely happened and immediately sent another one out. When I received the second package, I noticed they added extra insulating filler and bubble wrap to make sure it didn’t break. It was such a great response and I really appreciated the effort! Also- the jasmine texturizing mist smells AMAZING and works as described. I’m obsessed.
Shocked only 6 reviews! Received in Allure Beauty Box and finally a sample that I could see made my face softer, smoother, calm.....I am 64 and know my way around department store skin care counters. I have now purchased two full size bottles, one bedside and the other on my makeup tray. Absorbs well, my skin does not feel greasy. In the morning I can def tell I used French Girl serum last night, my face just looks "just right". Many times if it's a no makeup day at home I'll add drops to my face and it's a healthy looking glow. Please do not change or discontinue this effective serum. I love it, thanks....a customer for life.
